Rajeev Reddy Country Club on future plans to expand its limits and achieve new heights
Country Club CMD Rajiv Reddy said that the club is now
planning to expand its hospitality business to new heights. Rajeev Reddy’s Country Club (CCHHL)
presently owns 55 clubs and resorts spread across India, Sri Lanka, West Asia,
and the Far East.
In an exclusive interview Mr. Reddy said that in order for a
better future of the company, they have launched a new hybrid franchise.
According to this new model, Rajeev Reddy’s
Country Club is planning to fund youngsters.
Youngsters who have experience in holidays and hospitality
will be funded by Rajeev Reddy’s Country
Club in order to set up shop for selling Country Club’s holiday products.
He said, “We call them intra-preneurs as we invest the money
required for setting a shop for them. We will hand hold them for six months.
The income will be shared by intra-preneurs and the company."
A report produced by All India Resort Development
Association, states that the hospitality sector in India is growing at the rate
of seven percent in the span of 5 years, which is slower than compared to other
parts of the country.
However, Mr. Reddy claimed that this factor is not going to
affect Country Club. He believes that
travel and tourism Industry will gain huge momentum as the company has tied up
with banks for the funding membership fee as loans.
